Damien Hatfield and business partner David Louie have joined Ascalon Capital Managers, with Hatfield heading up Ascalon's distribution in Australia and Louie appointed as senior sales manager. Hatfield and Louie will retain their third party marketing firm, Triple A Partners.

Mark Coleman has confirmed his departure from Funds SA, the South Australian statutory corporation responsible for managing $26bn of public sector investments, after nearly nine years with the fund.

Bravura appoints new CFO

Bravura Solutions has appointed Martin Deda as its new chief financial officer (CFO) after the departure of former CFO, Rebecca Lowde. Deda was previously chief operating officer and CFO at Minter Ellison. In his new role, he will also serve as an executive director on the Bravura board.

NGS Super appoints employer director

NGS Super has appointed former school teacher and principal Georgina Smith as an employer representative director, bringing the percentage of women on its board to 50%. Smith will be responsible for engaging and representing members from the South Australian education system.

CFO departs Bravura

Rebecca Lowde has stepped down as CFO of Bravura Solutions after five years with the organisation to take up a position with Salmat Limited. She has been replaced by former Minter Ellison CFO, Martin Deda.
