What are you most looking forward to in the new role?
Contributing to Mercer's continued growth and success in the Australian market, supporting strong retention and winning new business for both the Mercer Super Trust and administration services.
What skill do you think is paramount in working in the financial services industry?
The ability to listen to customer needs and provide solutions that deliver not only better outcomes for institutions but also very importantly and ultimately for members.
If you could give advice to someone starting out in the industry what would it be?
Discover a part of the industry that you are passionate about and work hard.

Extrovert, numerous personality tests and just ask someone that knows me.
