What are you most looking forward to in your new role?

Your own brand is your most valuable asset. We have roles that influence people's futures, which is a serious obligation. Take time to figure out what you stand for and align your actions to that.

What skill do you think is paramount in working in the financial services industry?

Dealing with the industry's complexities whilst staying "focused" on client requirements to ensure we stay relevant and proactive through their life stages.

If you could give advice to someone starting out in the industry what would it be?

Your own brand is your most valuable asset. We have roles that influence people's futures, which is a serious obligation. Take time to figure out what you stand for and align your actions to that.

Would you consider yourself an introvert or an extrovert? And why?

I'm on the cusp. I allocate alone time, to think. This recharges my batteries yet I thrive on team and client engagement for perspective and purpose.

What was your very first job?

I worked as a barman through my early University years. It taught me the value of finishing my studies.
