Midwinter Financial Services and Count Financial Limited have announced a partnership that will see Midwinter financial advice software added to Count's technology menu.
Count said they selected Midwinter as a technology provider following a four-month pilot program, during which advisers identified strong client engagement tools and superior modelling capabilities.
Count said the arrangement provides competitive IT ownership costs for Count practices.
"As a licensee, we are committed to providing our advisers with access to the leading providers in the advice software space. We are delighted to be partnering with Midwinter and giving our community more options in how they deliver quality financial advice to clients," Reg Gabila, head of licensee systems at Count Financial said.
Steve Davison (pictured), chief commercial officer at Midwinter said they were committed to working with Count to support the technology needs of their business as well as the needs of Count advisers.
Midwinter was acquired by Bravura Solutions in August 2019. The adviser software market is heating up in Australia with the dominant player in the UK market intelliflo set to officially launch its offering in Australia next year.
