BetaShares Australian Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF

BetaShares has launched a low-cost fixed income exchange traded fund (ETF), called the Australian Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF (ASX: CRED).

The fund tracks an index of investment grade fixed-rate Australian corporate bonds. In addition, bonds in the index must be senior, denominated in Australian dollars, and issued by companies listed on the ASX or other eligible entities. The bonds must also have amounts outstanding of at least $250 million and a term to maturity of between 5.25 to 10.25 years.

The ETF has a management cost of 0.25% per annum.
