Zurich Financial Services Australia (Zurich) has announced a senior appointment within its Life and Investments business, with Phil Anderson joining the executive leadership team as chief operating officer (COO). Anderson joined the Australian business as chief underwriting officer in 2013 from Zurich's regional team in Hong Kong. In the new role as COO he will also be responsible for the business' IT.
