Yellow Brick Road Wealth Management CEO resigns

Matt Lawler has resigned as CEO wealth management at Yellow Brick Road and will step down from the role on 30 September 2016.

Lawler was appointed CEO wealth management in February of this year - after almost five years as CEO of Yellow Brick Road - as part of a restructure that aligned the leadership of Yellow Brick Road and Vow Financial with the Group's key business units of lending and wealth management.

Commenting on Lawler's tenure, Yellow Brick Road executive chair Mark Bouris said: "Matt has delivered a strategy for the wealth management business and has developed the right talent to take the business forward. Our wealth management business is in good shape, delivering its best ever monthly result in June 2016. It remains a strategic priority and we will continue to invest in the necessary resources to make it a core contributor of revenue to our business."

He added: "On behalf of the board of directors, our staff and our branch and broker network I'd like to thank Matt for his contribution and wish him well for the future."
