Yellow Brick Road Non-executive Director resigns

Melanie Kansil has resigned as a non-executive director of Yellow Brick Road.

Kansil represented major shareholder Nine Entertainment Company (NEC) whilst in her role as director of strategy and MD of Nine Ventures. She has announced her resignation from NEC and subsequently resigned from her role on the board of YBR.

Commenting on her departure, YBR executive chair Mark Bouris said: "I would like to thank Melanie for her significant contribution to the company since September 2013. Melanie leaves YBR in a solid position, with the company having achieved significant growth during her tenure on the board. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours."

YBR is currently seeking an independent non-executive director to replace Kansil.
