Yellow Brick Road creates CEO Wealth Management role

Yellow Brick Road Holdings' executive chairman Mark Bouris has announced the appointment of Matt Lawler as CEO wealth management, as part of a restructure that aligns the leadership of Yellow Brick Road and Vow Financial with the Group's key business units of lending and wealth management.

Lawler, who was previously CEO of Yellow Brick Road, has over 25 years of senior wealth experience across investments, insurance and financial planning. He worked for MLC Wealth for over 22 years culminating in his appointment to the role of executive general manager of MLC Advice and Distribution before joining Yellow Brick Road in 2011.

Former Vow Financial CEO Tim Brown has been appointed CEO lending, while Scott Graham will continue as the Group's chief commercial officer and support both Brown and Lawler.
