YBR appoints GM Lending

Yellow Brick Road (YBR) has announced the appointment of Andrew Rasby as general manager - lending, effective November 2016.

In this new role, he will be responsible for the productivity and lending support provided to the network of 160-plus franchises that make up Yellow Brick Road's distribution network across Australia.

Rasby, who has 28 years' financial services and banking experience, joins YBR from Aussie Home Loans where he was the state manager for New South Wales. Before that he was an executive manager in Colonial First State's wealth management division and also managed Bankwest's financial advice business.

Commenting on his appointment, Rasby said: "It's exciting to be joining Yellow Brick Road as they emerge from their establishment phase into a productivity focus. The network size and loan book volume is a great foundation for increasing their consumer traction and productivity."

Rasby and fellow new appointee, general manager - lending (Vow Financial), Clive Kirkpatrick, take on the responsibilities previously held by departing CEO - lending, Tim Brown.
