Willis Towers Watson appoints Senior Consultant for talent & rewards team

Willis Towers Watson has announced the appointment of Nidhi Malik as a senior consultant in the firm's talent and rewards team, effective 1 March 2017.

Malik has 17 years' experience leading large performance and reward projects within the top 15 ASX-listed companies. She joins Willis Towers Watson from NAB where she led the reward team for the wealth division. She has also held senior reward positions with Suncorp, Chartis and QBE.

Commenting on her appointment, Willis Towers Watson's head of talent and rewards for Asia-Pacific, Hamish Deery, said: "Attracting a consultant of Nidhi's calibre is a very exciting development for our Talent and Rewards team...our clients will reap the benefit of Nidhi's insights and expertise; helping senior executives translate concepts and ideas into practical solutions that are commercially and ethically sound."
