Boutique international equities manager Wingate Asset Management has appointed Lyndsey Hancock to the newly created role of COO. Hancock has over 20 years' experience in the financial services industry and was COO and later CEO of boutique investment manager, 452 Capital, between 2005 and 2010. Prior to this she was business manager, research and alliances at Challenger Financial Services. She has also held senior positions at Colonial First State Investments and JP Morgan Investment Management in Australia and Singapore.
