Willis Towers Watson's Head of Investment Consulting departs

Dan Simpson has confirmed to Industry Moves his departure from the role of head of investment consulting for the Sydney team at Willis Towers Watson, effective May 2018.

Simpson first joined Watson Wyatt (a Willis Towers Watson predecessor) as an investment consultant in January 2004 before being appointed to a senior role at the firm in September 2009. He was appointed to his most recent role as head of investment consulting for the Sydney team in June 2014.

Commenting on his departure, Simpson said: "After 14 years at Willis Towers Watson, working with some talented colleagues advising leading asset owners, it's time for a change. I'm looking for a new client facing role where I can bring outstanding investment solutions to institutional investors."

Also leaving Willis Towers Watson this week is investment consultant, Sean O'Shea.
