Willis Towers Watson appoints Manager, Product & Operations

Global advisory firm, Willis Towers Watson, has announced the appointment of Greg Murphy as manager, product & operations, effective August 2018.

In this new, Sydney-based role, Murphy will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of delegated client portfolios.

Previously, he served as division manager in the deal management team at Macquarie.

In welcoming him to Willis Towers Watson, head of delegated & specialist solutions, Aongus O'Gorman, said: "[Murphy] brings a wealth of experience to us from his 17 years at Macquarie, and will be an invaluable addition to both Willis Towers Watson and our clients.

O'Gorman added that there has been strong interest in Willis Towers Watson's delegated capabilities in Australia, having won "two significant new mandates in the last year" and that Murphy's appointment reflects the firm's commitment to "offering and expanding" its service.
