Willis Towers Watson appoints head of FINEX Australasia

Global advisory, broking and solutions firm, Willis Towers Watson, has announced the appointment of Jill Stewart as head of FINEX for Australasia, effective September 2017.

Based in the firm's Sydney office, Stewart will report to both Andrew Boal, head of Australasia, and Jeremy Wall, chair global FINEX and head of FINEX rest of world.

Stewart will join the firm following a long career with QBE Insurance, most recently as national manager, professional & financial lines. Between 2000 and 2014 she worked for QBE's European Operations in a range of senior positions including head of European financial & specialty markets. Stewart commenced her career as an underwriter, working with several insurers and brokers in both the Australian and London markets.
