Westpac has promoted Rachel Grimes to fill the role vacated by former deputy CFO David Lees. The former CFO of group technology will be the general manager of group finance.
Grimes first joined Westpac 11 years ago and has held several positions in that time, including the director of mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to her corporate experience, Grimes is the former president of the International Federation of Accountants.
Westpac confirmed that Lees has left the organisation to take an unspecified position with TAL.
