After seven years in the top job, Westpac CEO Gail Kelly is stepping down in February 2015. The Westpac board has announced that Kelly will be succeeded by Brian Hartzer, current chief executive, Australian Financial Services, responsible for Westpac Group's retail, business banking and wealth businesses, including Westpac Retail & Business Banking, St. George Banking Group and BT Financial Group.
