Wesfarmers director joins AMP board

AMP Limited has announced that Vanessa Wallace will join its board as a non-executive director, replacing Paul Fegan who is retiring after six years' service.

Prior to its merger with PwC in 2014, Wallace led Booz & Company's financial services practice in Global Markets, was executive chair of Booz & Company (Japan) Inc. and led the strategy practice. Following the merger, and Booz & Company's name change to Strategy&, Wallace continued as executive chair of Strategy& (Japan) until she retired in June 2015.

She is a a non-executive director of Wesfarmers and is also on the chair's council of the Australian Chamber Orchestra Pty Ltd and is a member of the AICD.
