Former VFMC CEO joins MyState board

Banking and wealth management group, MyState, has announced the appointment of Warren Lee to its board, effective 19 October 2017.

Lee was formerly the CEO of Victorian Funds Management Corporation, a role he held from October 2012 until October 2015, and prior to that he spent more than 15 years with Axa Asia Pacific Holdings Limited, notably as chief executive officer, Australia & New Zealand.

Lee will join fellow new MyState board-appointee, CareSuper and Bennelong director, Andrea Waters. Stepping down from the board is long-serving director, Colin Hollingsworth.

Commenting on both new appointments, MyState chair, Miles Hampton, said: "We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Andrea and Warren as part of our Board renewal plan. [They] will bring extensive experience to the Board and we look forward to their contribution."
