Antoinette Masiero has joined the First State Super board, nominated by the Australian Education Union. Her move comes following the completed merger of VicSuper and First State Super to create a $120 billion fund that represents more than 1.1 million members.
Masiero is a professional educator with experience in information technology, business analysis, accounting, and auditing, across not-for-profit, commercial, and community organisations. She is currently a primary school teacher.
Masiero is joined by Gabrielle Bell, Patricia Faulkner, and Travis Bates on the new board. Sue Carter and Rod Harty have stepped down from the First State Super board.
