VFMC nabs Cbus Super PM

After more than seven years at Cbus Super, Rhys Gundry has moved to the $75 billion Victorian Funds Management Corporation as a senior portfolio manager - equities.

In the role, Gundry will look after external mandates.

At Cbus Super, Gundry most recently held the role of senior portfolio manager, equities, with primary responsibility for manager research and portfolio construction, as the Australian equities lead.

Before working at the construction industry superannuation fund he also spent more than 13 years with Mercer, where he was a senior member of the investment team with responsibility for proprietary and third-party investment analytics.

Earlier, Gundry worked as a fund administrator at Aviva Investors.

"Many thanks to my new colleagues for the warm welcome and to Cbus where it was a privilege to work with so many talented people," he said in a LinkedIn post.
