The Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA) has appointed Andrew Boal, managing director of Towers Watson, as a service provider representative on the ASFA board.
Boal and fellow new appointee Linda Elkins, executive general manager, Colonial First State, replace outgoing directors Nicolette Rubinsztein and Brian Delaney.
Commenting on the appointments, ASFA chair Dr Michael Easson said: "Both Andrew and Linda will bring a wealth of industry experience to the Board. With more than 40 years of combined experience, they will be well placed to represent service providers and retail funds respectively, and assist ASFA in its mission to achieve the best possible retirement outcomes for members of super funds."
