Tasplan names Head of Unlisted Investments

Tasplan has confirmed the appointment of Anna Patterson to the role of head of unlisted investments, effective 3 January 2017.

In this role, Patterson will be responsible for property, infrastructure, private equity and the fund's direct commercial mortgage portfolio, totalling around $1.2bn. Initially this role will largely be overseeing a portfolio of externally managed investments.

Patterson joins from Charter Hall Group, where she has held various roles over the last five years, and was most recently responsible for an industrial portfolio valued in excess of $700M. This included the management of major asset repositioning projects, marketing of major leasing vacancies and the negotiation of large leases.

She has eight years' investment industry experience in the areas of property management, asset management and development management and has previously worked for Goodman Funds Management.
