TAL has announced the appointment of Justin Delaney to the newly-created role of chief operating officer, effective 6 October 2015. Delaney will be responsible for all of TAL's core life insurance commercial outcomes, product manufacturing, customer and partner services. Delaney leaves his position as head of wealth products and platforms in the banking and financial services group at Macquarie Bank. Prior to this role he was head of insurance at Macquarie Life.
