Sydney-based graduate joins AMP Capital global listed real estate team

AMP Capital has appointed Anika Minocha as a Sydney-based portfolio manager/analyst within its global listed real estate (GLRE) team.

Minocha's appointment, along with fellow new recruit, Hong Kong-based Hideharu Ichii, brings the total GLRE team to 14.

Minocha joins AMP Capital after completing various rotations on the AMP Capital graduate program including two stints within the GLRE team. Previously, she completed an Investment Banking (Real Estate) internship with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Sydney.

In welcoming the new appointees, AMP Capital's head of global listed real estate, James Maydew, said: "As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and a high performance-led culture I'm pleased to welcome such a highly experienced and respected investor to the team.
