SS&C appoints sales director

SS&C has appointed Sydney-based Karen Astley as its director of intelligent automation sales for the APAC region.

The appointment comes on the back of the launch of an intelligent automation platform SS&C Chorus. Chorus is designed to provide straight-through processing and reduce operational risk in digital customer journeys across complex, regulated industries like banking, financial services, and insurance.

Astley joins SS&C from Appian, where she established the organisation's Asia Pacific operations. She's also held sales and solutions roles in tech and software with Pegasystems, Lombardi Software, and others across more than 40 years as a professional.
