The Financial Services Council (FSC) has announced the departure of Annabel Spring from its board, effective March 2018.
Spring, who departed her role as group executive wealth management at the Commonwealth Bank (CBA) late last year, will be replaced on the FSC board by CBA's executive general manager Commonwealth Private, Marianne Perkovic.
Spring first joined CBA in 2009 as head of strategy and spent the last six years of her tenure leading the group's wealth management teams.
