Simone Bouch to lead distribution at Aberdeen Standard Investments

Aberdeen Standard Investments, the combined investment business of newly-merged firms Aberdeen Asset Management and Standard Life, has announced the appointment of Simone Bouch as head of distribution for Australasia.

Bouch, who was previously head of Standard Life Investments for Australasia, is joined in the new business by former managing director of Aberdeen Asset Management, Brett Jollie, who has taken the reins as managing director.

In addition, Stuart James, who was Aberdeen's head of distribution in Australia, will retain a senior role in the new business, while Peter Young, chair of Standard Life Investments Australasia, will continue to work closely with the Australian management team.
