Shirley returning to Australia for Goldman Sachs private wealth role

Aaron Shirley is returning to Australia to head up the organisation's new private wealth operation.

He'll work in tandem with Chris Kavanagh, who is returning to Australia from London.

Shirley has been an executive director with Goldman Sachs' private wealth operation in Singapore for the last five years. He previously was an oil derivatives trader with a few different organisations in Singapore, including Citi. Shirley started his career as a management associate with Citi in Sydney before moving into FICC trading.

Shirley is expected to relocate to Australia from Singapore for his new role.
