Schwartz steps down from Qualitas board

Carol Schwartz has left the Qualitas board after more than a dozen years.

She's been replaced by Brian Delany, who left QIC earlier this year.

Schwartz was recently named chair of the Equity Trustees board. She's also a director of the Trawalla Group and on the board of the RBA.

While Schwartz is leaving the board, she remains a shareholder.
