Schroders has hired two new business development managers to bolster the company's intermediary sales team.

Krista Laios joins from MLC and National Australia Bank, bringing more than 11 years of financial services experience to the role. She has spent the past five years as an investment specialist within the asset management division of MLC.

Before that, she was associate director for intermediary sales at NAB Capital Markets. She has held various business development, sales, and operations roles across National Australia Bank, MLC, and AVIVA Australia.

Before joining Schroders, Nathan Dickinson was an investment business development manager at MLC.

Before entering sales in 2014, Nathan worked as a financial adviser at Centric Wealth and held management roles with Zurich and Paragem.

Schroders head of sales Ray Macken said Laios and Dickinson's experience and industry connections will bolster Schroders' already strong business development team.

"Krista and Nathan both have proven track records, and their distribution expertise, along with their strong relationships with the financial advisory community, make them a great fit for our Intermediary team," he said.
