Schroders names fund manager

Adam Kibble will join Schroders Australia's multi-asset team as a fund manager.

Reporting to Schroders Australia investment chief and head of multi-asset Simon Doyle, Kibble will work in a co-portfolio manager capacity as well as join the FX and rates strategy research groups.

Kibble has been at Schroders as an investment director for multi-asset and fixed income since 2020.

He has over 21 year's experience as a portfolio manager, firstly with Queensland Investment Corporation and subsequently 18 years with Macquarie Investment Management.

His portfolio management experience includes lead portfolio manager roles in global fixed income, currencies and commodity strategies.

Before landing at Schroders, Kibble worked at Insight Investment as an investment specialist.

Doyle said the recruit's skills and experience - alongside his knowledge of the team's investment process and multi-asset strategies - made him a standout candidate for the role.

"Since joining Schroders, Adam has done an exceptional job as investment director for the fixed-income and multi-asset teams," Doyle said.
