As part of a deal in which Sequoia Financial Group will acquire 20 per cent of the shares in Euree Asset Management, Winston Sammut will join Euree as senior investment manager.
Sequoia will acquire the 20 per cent for a cash consideration of $500,000 and a provision of services and goodwill, including Sammut, for a further $500,000.
Former AFL player James Hird heads up Euree Asset Management as CEO and Alan Hall is chair.
Sammut will be responsible for domestic listed and direct property investment funds and Euree Asset Management will launch a suite a multi asset funds to the advice market shortly.
