Rubik appoints Head of Marketing and Communications

Financial services software company Rubik Financial (Rubik) has appointed Joanna McCarthy to the newly-created position of head of marketing and communications. Reporting to Rubik CEO, Iain Dunstan, McCarthy will be responsible for all brand, digital, internal and external marketing and communications.

Prior to joining Rubik, McCarthy was head of marketing communications with fintech start-up, Decimal Software. Other roles have included global manager brand and content for QBE Insurance, general manager internal communications at NBN Co and head of communications for Australia & New Zealand for Kimberly-Clark.

Commenting on the appointment, Dunstan said: "Joanna brings with her a suite of skills that will be valuable in helping drive our business forward and she represents one of many great people hires we look forward to announcing in the coming quarter."
