Resolution Life Australasia has hired two key executives in the region.- a chief customer and operating officer and a customer experience lead.

Paul Tarlinton has been named chief customer and operating officer role after acting in the role for six months.

In this role, he is responsible for strategic customer offerings, claims management, and operational performance.

Previous roles include chief human resources officer and chief of staff at AMP, and head of direct sales and customer service at Qantas.

Paul has made an incredible impact over the past six months acting in the role, driving the development and attraction of key talent as we continue to invest in our customer capabilities and services," said chief executive Megan Beer.

The second new recruit is Graeme Edwards, head of customer experience, Australasia. Edwards will also serve as general manager for the New Zealand business.

Previous roles include chief executive of Southsure Assurance, and national sales manager NIB New Zealand after it acquired Tower Medical Insurance.

Before that, he was the New Zealand country manager for AIA.
