Resolution Capital adds infrastructure equity capability

Resolution Capital has appointed Sarah Lau and Mark Jones as senior investment analysts to is infrastructure team.

Lau was previously an analyst with H.R.L Morrison & Co's global listed infrastructure team. She previously spent nearly a decade as an analyst with Ausbil focusing on buy-side fundamental analysis focusing on REITs, real estate developers, and building materials.

Resolution Capital CIO Andrew Parsons welcomed the two new team members. "Their significant experience bolsters our talented team of Analysts dedicated to identifying exceptional Listed Real Assets including infrastructure as well as real estate. We are expanding our team in order to dedicate considerable resources to identifying opportunities in listed infrastructure securities, thereby affording clients with a broader range of assets with attractive attributes including high-quality tangible assets and inflation-protected cash flows."

Lau and Jones bring the total number of analysts at Resolution Capital to 15.
