Recruitment consultant jumps into funds management

Nallah Hamilton has joined Challenger Investment Management as an institutional client manager, responsible for Greencape and NovaPort.

Hamilton was previously in recruitment and most recently was a consultant at Keegan Adams Recruitment.

"I've come from financial services recruitment, I specialized in recruitment across financial markets, investment management, private equity," Hamilton told Industry Moves.

"I was recruiting roles such as this, and I always wanted to get into investment management/ funds management, particularly on the client side, because that's the area that I really enjoyed within recruitment. I enjoy that relationship building ... So this was a fantastic opportunity for me to be able to make that transition."

Hamilton said that while there was a lot to learn in the new role, she was being very well supported by the Challenger team.
