Qualitas makes board changes

Qualitas has appointed Brian Delaney to its board.

Delaney fills the role vacated by Carol Schwartz, who left the board following more than 12 years.

"Brian is a valuable addition to the Qualitas Advisory Board," said chair Michael Schoenfeld. "Brian brings a wealth of strategic experience and networks to support the next phase of growth at Qualitas."

Delaney was previously the executive director of strategy at QIC and the senior managing director of the firm's US operations. He also spent more than 13 years with AMP Capital as a business director of client, product, and marketing. During his time with AMP, he was responsible for institutional, retail, and self-managed super fund strategies.
