QSuper appoints Chief, Member Experience

QSuper has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of Jason Murray as chief of member experience, effective 10 April 2017.

In this role, he leads the division that is responsible for designing insight driven products, services and experiences that make a positive difference to customers' financial wellbeing.

Murray joined QSuper from CUA where he held accountability for the majority of the revenue and member objectives delivered through disciplines including products, marketing, insights, corporate affairs & digital strategy. He was also a director of Credicorp Insurance, a subsidiary company.

Previously, he has held various senior management and executive roles in retail and corporate banking in Australia and the UK including Westpac, HBOS, RBS & Lloyds.

Murray replaced Andrew Baker who left the fund in January 2017.
