QSuper appoints former AustralianSuper Exec

QSuper have confirmed to Industry Moves that Andrew Baker has been appointed to the role of chief, member experience for the fund.

Baker joins after a 12 month stint at AustralianSuper where he was head of proposition and product. Prior to that, Baker was managing partner of Tria Investment Partners, a specialist advisory firm that he founded in 2004. He has also worked for Rothschild Australia Asset Management as director, head of products, where he managed the firm's investment product business and its strategic alliances.

Baker joins Queensland's largest fund, with over 550,000 members and over $60 billion in funds under management at a time when legislation has been introduced by the State Government allowing it to change from its public sector status to public offer.
