QIC hires NZ Super chief investment adviser

QIC has appointed Neil Williams as MD, multi-asset and investment. Williams joins from the Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation Fund where he served as chief investment adviser and head of strategic tilting. The super fund will not necessarily replace Williams, according to CEO Adrian Orr: "We are not looking to replace Neil directly at this point. The strategic tilting team, investment strategy, and intellectual property are well embedded in our current operations."
