QBE Insurance appoints Medojevic as portfolio manager

QBE Insurance has appointed former Willis Towers Watson investment research director Lidia Medojevic has joined QBE Insurance as a portfolio manager for real assets.

A spokesperson for the organisation told Industry Moves, "QBE has recently welcomed Lidia Slaven (née Medojevic) to the newly created role of Portfolio Manager Real Assets, responsible for helping oversee our property, infrastructure and emerging real assets investments."

Medojevic spent the last seven years with Willis Towers Watson in a variety of roles, including as an investment analyst, consultant, and research director. She most recently focused on private markets. This is a return to insurance for Medojevic, who started her career as an underwriter with AIG.
