Qantas Super has announced that CEO Jane Perry is to retire at the end of 2015. Perry joined the fund as CEO on February 1, 2012, and is a member of the Trustee's Investment and Insurance Committees. Qantas Super Chair, Anne Ward, said the Board would now commence an executive search for a replacement CEO.

Prior to joining Qantas Super, Perry was CEO of J.P. Morgan Treasury and Securities Services (TSS) Australia and New Zealand, and was responsible for all aspects of the custody and transactional cash businesses. Before this she spent 10 years at AXA, rising to the role of COO.

Perry has been a corporate sector representative on the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA) since 2013 and is currently Chair of ASFA's Policy Committee and a member of ASFA's Member Services Committee.

She has been actively involved in supporting the development of women since 1987 within corporate roles and philanthropic organisations with which she has had a connection. In 2010, she was inducted into the YWCA's Academy of Women Leaders in New York.
