Prime Super appoints independent director

Prime Super has appointed Jacqueline Kelly as an independent director, bringing the number of independent directors on the board to five. Kelly is the chief executive officer of the Lutheran Care Community (LCC). Prior to joining LCC, Kelly had more than 20 years' experience across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors including senior roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Queensland Treasury and Lend Lease Advisor Services.
