Prime Super appoints independent director

Prime Super has appointed its first board member, Martin Day, since merging with health-based fund HIP earlier this year. Day is the CEO of St Vincent's Private Hospitals and was previously CEO of St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne for 11 years. Day's appointment brings the number of independent directors on the Prime Super board to four.
