Praemium appoints Director & future Chair

Praemium has announced the appointment of Greg Camm to its board, effective immediately.

Camm will present himself for election at the firm's AGM, to be held in November, with the intention of replacing outgoing chair Bruce Loveday.

Previously he worked in senior executive positions with ANZ Bank, AMP and Superpartners. He is currently a non-executive director for Bank Australia, Yarra Valley Water, Bottlecycle Australia and the Australian Cancer Research Foundation.

Camm said he is "thrilled" to join the company, adding: "Praemium has a clear strategy, a sound balance sheet and solid growth trajectory. It's a great opportunity to build on these foundations in a sector which has undeniably strong prospects."

Commenting on Camm's appointment, outgoing chair Bruce Loveday said: "I have no doubt that the company will thrive under Greg's chairmanship and look forward to watching its continuing success."
