Powerwrap Limited has announced changes to its management structure, including the appointment of Chris Brant as interim managing director.

In this role, Brant will be responsible for Powerwrap's day to day business operations and service delivery. He is currently a member of the firm's board and will maintain this position as he moves into his new role.

He has over 38 years' experience in the industry, having previously held roles as CEO of BDO, Australia's 6th largest accounting firm; CFO at Transurban, business advisory at JCB Partners and managing partner Asia at Deloitte Asia Pacific.

Commenting on his appointment, a spokesperson for the firm said: "Chris's experience in driving a number of companies through the listing process and his expertise in helping businesses transform to maximise shareholder value will be a great asset to Powerwrap in the months ahead."

The management restructure also includes the departure of CEO, Cormac Heffernan, who leaves after four and a half years in the position. Heffernan will move forward as a strategic consultant to Powerwrap.
