PM Capital appoints Head of Marketing

PM Capital has announced the appointment of James Walker to the role of head of marketing for the firm.

In this role, Walker is responsible for the elevation of the PM Capital brand and maximising its return on marketing investment.

He joins from BT Investment Management where he was communications manager.

Walker has over 20 years' experience in financial services-related marketing and communications. His prior positions include roles with Fidelity International and BlackRock.

Commenting on his new role, Walker said: "PM Capital occupies a rare place in the market as a contrarian and unrestricted investment manager and I look forward to further improving awareness of the benefits it provides to the various investment channels."

Walker is joined by new head of distribution, Lachlan Cameron.

PM Capital's CEO, Ben Skilbeck, said that these two new senior appointments reflect the firm's commitment to comprehensively serve their shareholders and unitholders.
