Platinum Asset Management has announced to the ASX the appointment of new board director, Tim Trumper, effective 1 August 2018.
Trumper has experience in senior executive and non-executive roles across a range of industries, including data analytics, technology, financial services and media.
Platinum Asset Management said that he "brings to the board his extensive experience of utilising data to drive innovation and corporate strategy."
Trumper is currently the chair of NRMA, an advisor and shareholder in data and analytics firm, Quantium, and a director of the Population Research Health Network.
