The board of Platinum Asset Management has appointed Stephen Menzies as a non-executive independent director. Menzies is currently a director of Century Australia Investments and chair of the Centre for Quantum Computation & Communication Technology. He retired as a partner at Ashurst law firm in 2014, and was previously national director for enforcement at the Australian Securities Commission.
